The Washington Hospital Center for Orthopedics and Neurosciences will be holding a FREE coaches clinic on May 1st. We will discuss preventing heat illness, sports nutrition, sports psychology, speed, agility and strength training.

The Coaches Clinic will be on May 1 st from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center .
